Each tool keeps its data in its own database (they still work together through your one account), on servers in a secure, lightning-fast EU data centre. We sell no data to anyone and never show ads.

What does it cost?
Every tool is free to start, for good, up to a size that suits a small team: 10 employees in Dayrule, 25 products in Storefront Ninja, 5 vehicles in FleetFault, and so on. When you grow, paid plans go by size, and paying yearly is our launch deal: more than half off, kept for as long as you stay subscribed. Prices are without VAT, and each tool’s page lists its own.
What happens to my data?
Each product keeps its own data in its own database, on servers in Finland. Your account details are held once, in one place. We do not sell data and there is no advertising anywhere in our products — the only cookies we set are the ones a tool needs to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your language. The privacy page lists every company that touches it.
Do I need an account to try something?
To set a tool up, you make a free mixtape account: an e-mail address, no card. The people it serves often need none: a driver reports a fault straight from the van’s sticker, and a hotel guest opens the room’s page without signing up. And Holmstead lets you play as a guest first.
Can I use one tool without the others?
Yes. They share an account, not a bundle. You pay only for the tools you outgrow the free plan of, and nothing else appears on the bill.
Why does each tool do only one job?
Because a tool that does one job properly beats one that does forty adequately. It is how we build, and how we support what we build: we say no to what we cannot do well, and we would rather tell you up front.
